Job Description

Summary

The Coordinator, Business Operations provides support to the department by processing purchasing orders, managing travel, maintaining calendars, and composing correspondence and partnership with Psychology clinical faculty and staff, the Manager of Business Operations, and other Psychology leadership.

Job Duties

  • Manages all Concur requests including reimbursement submissions and pre-trip authorization.
  • May Manage calendar/meeting coordination for clinic chief, NP director and IE director. 
  • Manages meeting and conference room scheduling. 
  • Coordinates interviews and recruitment visits for all clinical faculty and staff.
  • Supports onboarding tasks for all new clinical faculty and staff.
  • Responsible for all requests regarding technical glitches or errors including, but not limited to, general issues regarding office printers/fax machines, computers, etc. Responsible for IS ticket submission for tech concerns that need to be escalated to TCH or BCM tech support. 
  • Responsible for purchasing supplies for Psychology Service, as well as continuous audit and management of storage room.
  • Manages Psychology Service contact list and website.
  • Manages MWT16 mail run and organization of Psychology mail room.
  • Supports Psychology Inclusivity Initiatives.
  • Manages Psychology Pedi Press submissions and internal bulletin board.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Concur.
