Job Description

Oversees analytical teams in the extraction, aggregation, and quality assurance of data from multiple clinical data depositories in support of clinical research and departmental projects. Collaborates across business units, coordinates all aspects of research data collection and project oversight, and manages design and implementation of project analysis plan. Prepares documents for peer-reviewed publications, presentations, and sections of grant applications.
Performs analysis of data generated by members of the lab and publicly-available data from a variety of sources. Identifies available datasets to both generate hypotheses and validate experimental evidence. Helps guide experimental design for high throughput datasets. Integrates datasets, including but not limited to RNA-Seq, ATAC-Seq, metabolomics, scRNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, and others. Uses available pipelines and develops new pipelines to facilitate data and statistical analyses. Prepares quality figures and documents for grant applications, presentations, and publications.
