Pfizer's Global Business Services (GBS) Transformation and Project Management (T&PM) Office is responsible for driving simplification, innovation, and expertise across GBS and accelerate GBS strategy through an integrated and centralized metrics, innovation, and transformation model.

This Analyst Metrics & Measurement position is responsible for working on GBS Services analytical projects & solutions. The Analyst will support delivery of reporting & analytical solutions, with a focus on the overall cross functional alignment and coordination in the delivery with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing and supporting reporting & analytical solutions using Dataiku technology. The role requires to be versatile and be proactive on new challenges and convert them into opportunities with creative solutions. You will be responsible for delivering quality solutions and ongoing support of these solutions.

How You Will Achieve It

• Participate in the scoping planning, controlling and execution of various cross-functional projects and support to deliver quality services to the business.
• Work closely with Project Lead to set stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment and project performance to achieve objectives and success criteria.
• Coordinate and complete reporting activities, analyze data, and assure tasks are executed in quality and timely manner in support of achieving performance against targets.
• Support work-stream development and tracking of workplans and schedules (including specialized resource requirements, key milestones, and project dependencies) to ensure projects are consistently delivered on time
• Support the identification of potential risks, a risk analysis and mitigation plans 
• Participate in problem solving, structure proposed options/solutions and contribute to implementing approved solution with discernment
• Transform business requirements into analytical models, data preparation, validation, and visualization into reporting solutions.
• Coordination support to project team members and/or stakeholders 
• Actively participate and contribute to team meetings as required.
• Help manager drive the communication and development of key performance indicators.
• Prepare written reports / presentations utilizing Microsoft skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel 
• Work to clearly understand the organization’s vision, mission, and strategy to support it
• Package and present results of analysis, recommendations, benefits, and risks in clear & useful manner.
• Work with colleagues to understand their Business Intelligence and reporting requirements to recommend reports and analysis approaches, which may include scheduled or on demand training of Business Intelligence tools and techniques.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 1-3 Years of experience in Data Engineering including statistical data analysis and developing solutions for reporting & analytical needs.
• Experience in tools Dataiku, Tableau
• Experience in technologies of database tools PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
• Knowledge of analytical applications like Python to identify trends and relationships in data.
• Bachelors in technology or related subject with working knowledge of basic business fundamentals and practices and knowledge of finance and accounting principles a plus
• Experience/projects involving real-world analytical problems using machine learning, statistical modeling, or similar quantitative approaches.  
• Mining massive amounts of data to extract useful insights.  
• Hands-on skills for data and machine learning pipeline orchestration via Dataiku (DSS 10 or 11) platform or similar platform 
• Some development experience in at least one scripting language (PHP, Perl, Python, etc.) 
• Willingness to work hard and take direction—but also creatively solve problems for which the answers aren’t always obvious 
• Strong communication (written and oral) skills and responsive, professional, and courteous demeanor in all interactions 
• Discretion and the ability to deal with confidential information 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access to create and manage spreadsheets, tables, and presentations.
• Knowledge of data mining and workflow tools like Dataiku, Alteryx, Power BI.
• Knowledge of data management, reporting and analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
