What You Will Achieve

You will lead and direct one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of IT projects that span functional organizations. You will prepare project execution plan and identify appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team. Through your expertise, you will ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meet the technical requirements.

As a Senior Director, your innovative ideas and creative decision-making lead the strategic direction of your division. Your ability to leverage constructive relationships across divisions will help you maximize the resources available within the organisation.  Your ability to exercise foresight and judgment in initiating, planning, organizing and guiding complex projects in unprecedented situations shall be critical to the achievement to the division.

How You Will Achieve It

• Lead strategic direction including business performance and financial management for complex activities within a division.
• Develop robust solutions and to identify opportunities for future business and lead selection of methodologies, tools and components of total Information Technology solutions.
• Responsible for reviewing and guiding all infrastructure innovation activity and coordinating the appropriate inputs from Shared Services and Infrastructure Support.
• Lead development and execution of Pfizer Digital's Collaboration Strategy in partnership with shared services and platform owners.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 15+ years of experience
• Demonstrated progressive experience successfully designing, delivering and maintaining Information Technology business solutions for mid to large-scale organizations across multiple hardware and software platforms
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams, and develop colleagues effectively
• Deep understanding of MS SharePoint with extensive experience in building and integrating SharePoint applications with other Enterprise systems
• Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and working with off-shore support teams
• Strong people management experience

Nice-to-Have

• Master's degree
• Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
• Legal systems industry experience
