ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Director US Health Care Provider Consumer Relationship Management (HCP CRM) Strategy is responsible for developing a world class, direct to HCP communication capability. This role will partner with the Sales Reps to develop HPC journey-based CRM strategies that supplement CFCs with targeted communications to meet business objectives.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, optimize, and personalize HCP journeys, Rep Triggered Communications, and product launch campaigns across HCP touchpoints.
  • Define HCP CRM best practices and socialize within the marketing organization, CFC organization and beyond.
  • Optimize the CRM plan to manage Pfizer interactions with HCP consumers across touchpoints, including campaigns, journey and cross-channel orchestration, personalization and decisioning.
  • Define necessary data attributes and audiences for the HCP CRM strategy and partner cross functionally to implement and leverage the data attributes.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders within the Chief Marketing Office (CM)O organization and other organizations within Pfizer, including:
    • Partner with the sales rep team to ensure alignment with contact, meeting, and sales strategy.
    • Partner with Applied Intelligence & Insight to define the modeling and audience strategy to optimize reporting, performance analytics, and precision marketing
    • Partner with Digital to ensure alignment of CRM approach with broader data strategy and consumer experience.
    • Partner with Commercial Go to Market Strategy & Innovation to develop new CRM strategies or tools to engage consumers
    • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in related field with 15+ years of experience
  • Experience with navigating large matrixed companies and governance
  • Experience partnering with Sales Teams
  • Experience executing HCP CRM campaigns including journeys, batch campaigns, triggered communications, and new product introductions.
  • Experience testing and optimizing campaigns over time to maximize response rates and return on investment
  • Experience with partnering closely with Legal and Compliance to execute campaigns within guidelines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and mastery of working in a matrix environment
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to execute with speed and high quality
  • Demonstrated business acumen, strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
  • Track record of strong networking and working collaboratively across functions and geographies

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $185,800.00 to $309,600.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.

Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
