AREA BUSINESS MANAGERS:  

The Primary Area Business Manager is responsible for supervising operations of the district to include hiring, live coaching, virtual coaching, representative development, performance management, and the assignment of key "priority" accounts within the medical community, managing 9-10 representatives. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required 

  • Previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience with at least 3-5 years spent in a position with demonstrated leadership across Peer and Customer Groups.  

  • Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards 

HEALTH & SCIENCE PROFESSIONALS:  

The Primary Care Health & Science Professional (HSP) is responsible for launching new products, deciding upon best strategies to manage business relationships, understanding formulary access, and engaging in product promotion within assigned accounts. The HSP is charged with sales efforts and relationship development with assigned customers and accounts, including Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).    

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • Minimum 2 years of previous sales experience and/or relevant experience.  (Professional Sales, Healthcare, Scientific, full time Military experience)    

  • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory. 

  • Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards 

PFIZER CONNECT HEALTH & SCIENCE REPRESENTATIVES (INSIDE SALES):

The Pfizer Connect Health & Science Representative (PCHR) is responsible to increase product awareness, educate customers and attain the goals of their Business Unit through fully remote / virtual customer interactions. The PCHR is charged with relationship development and promotional efforts with U.S. customers and accounts.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Must live within a commutable distance to assigned Pfizer Connect Center location

  • Able to be on telephone or other virtual platforms for a full working day and speak clearly and effectively to all assigned customers

  • Goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to be in promotional role; have core skills of customer service orientation, initiative, planning and follow up, work management, and judgment/problem solving
