Ringaskiddy Site's role in the API Network is to support all small molecule new product launches, scale up and commercialize new products and manufacture in-line API for Pfizer products. To achieve a step-change in speed, the Product and Flow Management Team will visibly lead the site by setting & delivering ambitious targets on supply. The Master Data Leader role is a key part of Product and Flow Management team and leads the Master Data business process for the site and, by collaborating with the Product and Flow Management Team and all Functions, drives for accuracy in Master Data elements which impact site planning, scheduling, and execution to make the difference.

 

What You Will Achieve

 

The Master Data Leader, as key member of the Product and Flow Management Team, by collaborating with all the site functions and site external stakeholders, is responsible for delivering:

  • Contemporary and effective Master Data Business process to meet Product Flow excellence,

The Master Data Leader, together with the Product and Flow Management Team, is responsible to define and manage a process to support review, verification, and or remediation of those Master Data elements which impact site planning, scheduling, and execution.

 

How You Will Achieve It

 

The Master Data Leader, by collaborating with site functions and site external stakeholders, will:

  • Define and manage business processes to support review, verification, and or remediation of those Master Data elements which impact site planning, scheduling, and execution. Ensure that the correct business processes are in place to fit our customer and stakeholder needs both short and long term.
  • Guide, support, coach all site functions in the business processes to support review, verification, and or remediation of those Master Data elements which impact site planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Deliver Master Data excellence as measured by the Material Supply Excellence score. Ensure IMEx Material Supply Ecosystem principles, including system care, are embedded into master data business processes to deliver Material Supply excellence. Develops, analyses and reports Master Data reliability KPIs.
  • Best Standards Engaging with external stakeholders, the Leader will constantly bench-mark and challenge the site to deliver the next level of improvement in Master Data excellence.
  • Data and Information Systems Ensure optimal use of existing digital solutions (e.g. SAP, Batch tracker, Material Flow) for Master Data Management. Develop information solutions, data analytics, reports, etc to supplement gaps in current capabilities. Identify and drive implementation of new requirements/enhancements with Global Business Systems. Partner with Global Supply Chain and Global Digital teams to ensure awareness of system enhancements and drive local adoption.

 

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years’ experience
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Good experience in a Supervision or management role
  • Good knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools
  • Strong people management experience
  • Proactive in engagement with key stakeholders

Nice-to-Have

  • Master's degree

  
Work Location Assignment: Remote
