Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Description:

Reporting of LoDI activities to co-directors. Daily activities at LoDI, including but not limited to: assisting graduate students (e.g., onboarding), assisting visiting scholars, assisting co-directors on outreach activities, assisting co-directors preparing reports, managing institute activities, managing institute facilities, and managing daily communications. Purchasing as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assistance with co-director tasks.
  • Assistance with graduate student requests.
  • Event organization.
  • Recordkeeping.
  • Product acquisition.
  • Prepare various reports.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree related. Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office, communicating through email. Experience in communication on social media. Experience managing groups, organizations, and individuals (can be class projects, work, extracurriculars). Basic data management experience (data collection, analysis, and reporting).

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
