What You Will Achieve
You’ll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. You will develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract and retain prospective talented employees. Starting from sourcing the candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating employment factors to salary recommendations, you will manage the full recruitment cycle to meet business needs.
As a Candidate Experience (Cx) Manager (Talent Acquisition Manager), you will provide guidance to the operational teams for recruitment projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for HR products, processes or services. You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between teams. Through your comprehensive knowledge of the HR domain, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies.
This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Cx Manager will work closely with HR business partners (Px Partners) and business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
- Utilize market intelligence to drive recruitment strategies and decision-making.
2. Sourcing and Attraction:
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance Pfizer’s attractiveness as an employer of choice.
3. Candidate Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Build Talent pipelines
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with Pfizer’s values and requirements.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Build strong relationships with HR partners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and Pfizer’s policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Utilize recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
6. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the talent acquisition team.
Qualifications:
- - Master's degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition,
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Working in a commercial (sales & marketing functions); experience of building a GCC an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
