As a Solution Engineering Manager for Cloud & AI Platforms at Microsoft, you will lead a team of Solution Engineers in empowering our enterprise customers to achieve more through Microsoft’s cloud and AI technologies. In this role, you will model Microsoft’s leadership principles of Model, Coach, Care – fostering a culture where your team members grow, succeed, and feel included.

As a manager of Solution Engineers, you will engage with key customer technical decision-makers, leveraging deep technical and industry knowledge to build credibility and ensure technical wins. The role includes orchestrating team resources, maximizing customer engagement impact, accelerating presales activities through deep technical expertise and thought leadership – as well as overseeing solution demonstrations, guiding customers through AI transformation and identifying new technical and business trends.
