- Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define project charters and impact assessments.
- Identify data sources and develop technical data design requirements.
- Create wireframes and develop visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools.
- Write SQL queries to extract and transform data.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide training and materials on Tableau, Excel, and data analysis best practices.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for formal presentations and stakeholder engagement
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree is required
- Masterâs degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
License/Certification/Registration Required
- Tableau certification within the first 6 months of hire.

The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidateâs relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
$74,800.00 - $87,100.00
